ManesarDC Private Limited ("ManesarDC," "we," "us") collects the following information: personal identification data (name, email, phone, company), billing and payment information, technical data (IP addresses, access logs), and facility access records (biometric data for authorized personnel). We collect this data when you sign up, use our services, visit our facility, or contact us.
We use collected information to: provide and maintain our data center services, process payments and billing, comply with regulatory requirements (RBI, SEBI, MeitY), ensure physical and cyber security, communicate service updates and maintenance windows, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
All personal data is stored within Indian territory in compliance with data localization requirements. We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, role-based access controls, and regular third-party security audits.
We retain personal data for the duration of your service agreement plus 7 years for regulatory compliance. CCTV footage is retained for 90 days. Access logs are retained for 1 year. You may request deletion of non-regulatory data by writing to [email protected].

By accessing or using ManesarDC's services, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Service Level Agreement, and our Acceptable Use Policy. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and ManesarDC Private Limited.
ManesarDC provides data center colocation, cloud infrastructure, managed services, network connectivity, and related services as described in your Service Order Form. Specific service levels, pricing, and terms are detailed in individual SOFs which form part of these Terms.
We guarantee 99.995% uptime for Tier IV colocation services. Service credits are issued for SLA breaches: 5% credit for 99.99-99.995%, 10% for 99.95-99.99%, 25% for below 99.95% monthly uptime. Credits are applied to next month's invoice and capped at 30% of monthly recurring charges.
Invoices are issued monthly in advance. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month. All prices are exclusive of GST (18%). Setup fees and security deposits are due upon service activation.
You may not use our services for any illegal activity, distribution of malware, unsolicited bulk email (spam), cryptocurrency mining without prior approval, or any activity that could damage our infrastructure or other customers' services.
ManesarDC's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, utility failures beyond our redundancy) are excluded.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana. Arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 may be elected by either party.

This AUP defines the acceptable and prohibited uses of ManesarDC infrastructure and services. All customers and their end users must comply with this policy.
The following activities are strictly prohibited: distribution of malware, viruses, or ransomware; unsolicited bulk email or spam; DDoS attacks or network abuse; hosting of illegal content under Indian law; unauthorized access attempts; cryptocurrency mining without written approval; any activity that threatens infrastructure stability.
Customers must not exceed their allocated power, bandwidth, or rack space. Sustained usage above 95% of allocated resources for more than 72 hours will trigger a capacity review. Customers causing interference with other customers' services may be asked to remediate or face service suspension.
Customers are responsible for securing their own servers and applications. All internet-facing services must use current encryption standards (TLS 1.2+). Customers must promptly patch known vulnerabilities (within 30 days for critical, 90 days for high). Any security incident must be reported to [email protected] within 24 hours.
Violations may result in: warning and request to remediate (first offense), temporary service suspension (repeated violations), or service termination (severe violations). ManesarDC reserves the right to take immediate action to protect infrastructure and other customers.

ManesarDC guarantees 99.995% monthly uptime for Tier IV colocation services. This translates to a maximum of 2.19 minutes of unplanned downtime per month, or 26.3 minutes per year.
Monthly uptime 99.99% to 99.995%: 5% credit. 99.95% to 99.99%: 10% credit. 99.00% to 99.95%: 25% credit. Below 99.00%: 50% credit. Credits capped at 30% of MRC. Credits applied to next invoice automatically.
Uptime is measured by our monitoring system with 15-second polling. Scheduled maintenance (announced 7 days in advance) is excluded. Force majeure events are excluded. Customer-caused outages are excluded.
P1 (Critical): Response in 15 min, resolution target 4 hours. P2 (Major): Response in 30 min, resolution target 8 hours. P3 (Minor): Response in 2 hours, resolution target 24 hours. P4 (Low): Response in 4 hours, resolution target 72 hours.

Welcome to ManesarDC. This documentation portal covers everything you need: facility access procedures, remote hands process, network configuration, customer portal (DCIM) usage, billing and invoicing, and technical specifications.
All visitors must pre-register 24 hours in advance via the customer portal. Authorized personnel are issued biometric access cards. Entry requires: government-issued photo ID, valid access card, and biometric verification (fingerprint + iris). Escorts are mandatory for visitors. Access hours: 24/7 for authorized cardholders.
Submit remote hands requests via the portal or email [email protected]. Standard requests (power cycle, cable patching, visual inspection) are completed within 30 minutes. Complex requests (hardware installation, troubleshooting) are scheduled based on complexity. First 2 hours/month included free with Full Rack plans.
Cross-connect requests: submit via portal with circuit ID, port type, and carrier details. Provisioning SLA: 24 hours for in-house, 5 business days for carrier-side. BGP peering: provide ASN, IP prefixes, and IRR entries. DNS: we provide primary and secondary DNS for hosted domains.
